"A very good option to stay"

The location is quite good, 7-eleven and laundromat nearby. Beach is a 15 minute walk. Easy to go out to a big road and catch a ride to Pattaya center. Breakfast was quite good for 150 baht.

Terrace doors could be made more secure (I stayed at ground floor). Cleaning is not done properly in some places (like under and behind the safe). Staff is often absent from reception.
