super location, nice studio, bathroom far from beds, elevator, view of the cathedral

I was hoping for a person at the reception upon arrival. There were codes and machines... Need a functioning eu phone to get in and arrange what you need. Had an issue with the electronic cards and the staff we called responded promptly and someone arrived within 15 minutes to help us. At the end everything worked out well. I wish they told us in advance where to park - parking in Burgos based on google drive was quite a pain (and hauling the luggage up an down many stairs was no fun)- park in the plaza mayor parking. After finding that we could park there, it was much much easier.

The only blot on what was otherwise a great stay was the noise from nearby bars until 4am. I’m not sure if this is normal but was the same both nights. Apartment itself superb and staff very helpful.

La ubicación

No tiene persianas y con las cortinas que tiene entra la luz y no está aislado del ruido.

Me gustó mucho el gusto de la decoración y la situación. Cerca de todo. Cama cómoda y todo muy limpio

A ver.... Al estar tan tan céntrico estás en la zona de bares, la construcción está muy bien hecha y está bien aislado, pero se escucha la gente de la calle a altas horas. Puedes conciliar el sueño.

Beautiful place. Very clean. Ideal location right by the Cathedral. Very functional.... washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine with products.

The celebrations outside our window didn't stop until 4am..... and then the cleaning people came to clean the streets at 6am. Very poor sleep as a result.

Not clear instructions on the parking lot

A gerência do apartamento recomenda (e bem) a separação selectiva do lixo, mas, para que a referida separação seja efectiva e praticável, no espaço dedicado ao lixo deveriam existir 4 diferentes caixotes do lixo (pequenos, é claro!). Na verdade, apenas existe um recipiente para recolher plástico, vidro, papel e resíduos orgânicos e, assim, a separação selectiva não ocorre.
