It's little bit at hill but it's manageable

There was just one guy amith who tried to help us but still not enough as there was no facilities in the hotel. Just good for those who want to smoke weed and lie unconscious in the room because nobody sane would want to live here.

There was nothing to like about the property, worst location , worst hospitality and worst franchise, no water in bathrooms and no ac as well. I have to return the same day i checked in.

Staff is really chill and sweet.

Glu is sometime bit confusing. Especially guest which is using first time.

The view from the room was absolutely amazing! The housekeeping was good and prompt and catered to all our needs! The hostel manager was very helpful. They helped change our rooms instantly when we had an issue with the wifi. After which the wifi was great for working. The canteen food is really good. Great management, they helped us with a lot of queries, bookings etc

On our way to the hostel, my partner slipped and sprained his leg. This hostel is uphill..so I was carrying three bags and climbing by myself. I asked the staff that was cleaning the stairs to help me with the bags or help my partner (who had fallen and was unable to walk), but he refused and said its not too far up...I literally had to drag the bags up until someone who was living there asked the main staff to come. The hosteller guys at Parvati Valley instead showed up to help my husband (we were staying at hosteller kasol temple). They came all the way to the other hostel helping my husband with the luggage. I was a bit annoyed at the cleaning staff and their attitude towards their own guests especially in those circumstances. The hostel manager though did come up and tell the staff to drop the bags after I had almost reached the top. The other thing was in the old block, there were issues with the bathroom. In one, the hand shower was leaking, the other had hardly any water coming from the tap in the sink...and the third had leakage in the ceiling. They were prompt to attend to it but I would have expected a brand of this sort to have everything working and fixed before hand

Concept was good.

Being with the good concept doesn't mean facilities were good.Stay was below my expectation as room giving was not good at all.Room Service should be provided by them. People come for rest not for working there.Filling up the water bottle and taking food order by your own should not be the part of this concept otherwise it would be best.

Hostel has really good vibes. Stay was ok but people were crazy Especially Amith he is a crazy guy.
