Le réfrigérateur de la chambre pas suffisamment froid

Personale cordiale e gentile, buona cucina con diverse scelte nel menù serale ed anche opzioni per intolleranze alimentari, camera spaziosa ben organizzata, bella vista panoramica. In generale valutazione positiva e grande impegno della proprietà.

Parcheggio un po’ limitato anche se con servizio Valet, camera con affaccio diretto sull’unica strada di passaggio con wifi spesso discontinuo, potevano esserci più informazioni o spiegazioni riguardo le attività programmate della struttura o nelle vicinanze. Zona relax e piscine al limite della capienza per gli ospiti della struttura. Nel tempo avendo soggiornato in più hotel della zona, questa struttura aveva troppi ospiti da gestire per garantire un servizio all’altezza delle stelle riportate.

Struttura magnifica, pozione strategica oltre che spettacolare. Accoglienza eccezionale, personale eccellente, professionale, gentile, simpatico. Il proprietario stesso ci ha accolto con il massimo della gentilezza. Ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio sin dal primo momento. Cucina eccellente e ben curata. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is breathtaking and the facilities are beautiful. The food was absolutely faultless. The best part about this hotel by far are the staff. Every member of staff was incredible, they cannot do enough for you. We were staying for our honeymoon and they had also decorated our room for us which was a lovely touch. Thank you to everyone at Bärenhotel that made our stay unforgettable!

The people were fantastic! The owners, the staff, all of them. We like everything ! Great ski holiday !

Nothing, nothing!

The hotel has a great combination of being on the ski slope (we still used car - but you of course can get a lift from the hotel - and it is a few minutes ride) and having a pool (also wellness but we did not try that). The staff was (in vast majority - one exception at the restaurant) absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent, also offering a kids menu. We also travelled with a dog and again all staff was super nice to us.

We traveled with a kid, so the served menus for dinner were a bit too long. It is not that we did not liked it, just consider if you are having a smaller kid. We struggled with a room temperature a bit, was too hot and we did not managed to lower the temperature - but that is on us, we had not asked for a help.
