Sophia's Cedar Peak

Great location and nice room. But the best part was the easy check-in and customer service ❤️

we had a nice stay at sophia's cedar peak, our little girl loved it. emjay was a great host. he was responsive and helpful. the property's location can't be beat. it was within walking distance of everything we were interested in doing in baguio for our little girl's first time. the studio had everything we needed. basic kitchen, nice shower (it was hot and had good water pressure), and even a small dining table. what you see in the picture is what you will get. there are things to note, internet is slow (which is ok for us), the place is dated (but for us it works - we were mainly out sightseeing), the room had a smell in the beginning but after ventillating the room it solved the situation, and the room faces a wall which worked for us since it's more private. hope this helped!

The location was ideal for my vacation purposes. The area around the place is always crowded but it's par for the course in such areas in Baguio.

Close to all shops and tourist spots, lots of dining options around the area

There was water leak due to heavy rain, puddle of water on the floor, it was reported to the front desk but they were unhelpful, waited for the following morning to address the problem.

I rented the hotel for my Fiancée. She said the communication was good, and everything in and around the hotel was very good. There were only 2 small/medium problems. 1. The internet kept cutting out, which made communication with my Fiancée during her stay extremely difficult. 2. The hot water was also finnicky and she couldn't get it to stay warm. Apart from this, everything I heard about the stay was fantastic! Hopefully soon the owner can get some of the minor problems fixed, as I was considering this as a stay for our honeymoon later this year, but now am not completely sure it is the best fit.

Wifi modem is working, but the internet connection is not.

It was a good stay. Friendly staff too.

The property is in a nice location. The place is in a good condition but there are cockroaches around maybe because of they come through cracks from the sewer and drainage.

The room is nice BUT the clothing cabinets have small cockroaches and the water heater in the shower shuts off because according to the staff there's a problem with the fuse. Took us multiple times to have it repaired TEMPORARILY.
