Toroni Apartments

Location was perfect next to beach and close to everything at Toroni. Cleanliness: The “daily housekeeping” was non existent. We were told by a staff member they clean every four days. As we stayed there for four nights only, this service was never provided to us. There were cleaning tools provided in the bathroom so you can clean the space yourself. There was no hot water in the kitchen or the bathroom sink. The shower had hot water when it was sunny outside and before the solar water heater ran out of heated water. Ones we had to shower with cold water since the day was cloudy. There was no curtain or shower head holder. Hotels.com advertises this as a “Smoke-free property”, but every morning our neighbors smoke at their terrace and the smoke was in our room. We had to close doors or leave. “Pets not allowed”, but the unit next to us had a dog, which greeted us as we had breakfast at our terrace. Hotel amenities: It is advertised that rollaway beds are available at surcharge. Therefore our family of four booked a unit and planned to use a rollaway bed for one of the kids. Actually the capacity of the units is for three people only, therefore a rollaway bed was not provided and we were forced to pay for two units instead of one. WiFi was not working at all during our stay. TV channels were not programmed so there was actually no tv in the unit. Another unit had only two channels in Serbian language. Overall I am not happy with this booking.
