Cama suja, chão sujo, ventilador quebrado, recusaram trocar a gente de quarto, demorou um século para resolver, mentiram sobre a disponibilidade de outros quartos quando questionei, quando assumiram que havia outros pediram pra pagarmos a diferença sendo que o erro era do hotel
