We did not have breakfast because of time.

Not much.

The pillow and bed were comfortable. I liked that there was a separate room to watch tv.

I was locked out of my room. I know I was a little late to check out but i haven't experienced this anywhere else. I also didn't like that there were no waters in the room. Coffee set up was there but I didn't want to use tap water from the bathroom sink to make it. The elevators weren't working and no notice was posted. The fan in the bathroom is so loud I can't hear if someone knocks. It would be nice to get some quieter ones specially if you're traveling with someone else, you'll wake them up.

Overall good stay. Updated clean room. Friendly attentive staff. Property exterior need paint updates.

Room was clean and furnishings were modern and comfortable. Parking lot was a bit rough, with some big potholes.

The hotel was clean and staff were very nice and helpful. The king bed was comfortable. My kids loved the pool - the temperature was perfect. A little disappointed there was no hot tub, but since the pool temp was warm enough it wasn't a bit deal. Gym facilities also met all our needs.

We had a king suite with a pull out sofa bed for my kids, and the mattress on the sofa bed was so uncomfortable (springs poking through) that my kids chose to sleep on the floor instead, and there were no other double queen rooms available to switch to. Sofa beds are not known to be super comfortable, but this was one of the worst. Definitely needs an upgrade or an option of a mattress topper at the very least. Also, we were very disappointed with the breakfast situation. Since there was no continental breakfast, it was nice that there was a cafe, however, the prices were ridiculously high and we did not end up eating there as a result. It seems if you do not have continental, offering lower cost breakfast options would be nice.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. A/C worked well. Staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Breakfast options were great. Willl definitely stay here again

Comfortable and family friendly hotel close to short drives throughout the city. Kerrytown, UofM, downtown, and Briarwood Mall are all within 15 minutes away. The rooms are a little dated but the beds are cozy, soft and quiet. Amazing service with George who welcomed us, showed us around the hotel and was extremely helpful with any questions which we had. Also available was an accommodating hotel manager, Claudine, who made our stay stress free and easy.

The room was perfect - very comfy bed and sofa. The water pressure in the shower was incredible too! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the lobby - which had a restaurant, business center, printing center and a snack shop - and courtyard too.

The pool could've been in better shape. Looked like it needed some tlc (some peeling paint along the sides and needed to be vacuumed the second time we went) Also the towels in the pool area were tiny! Bring the big towels from the room down with you!
