Excellent service and the staff were very friendly and service minded. The rooms were spacious, cosy and nicely decorated. The rooftop terrace a big plus.

Fantastiskt boende som var jättemysigt och rent. Tyst och lugnt boende trots mitt i staden och det var gångavstånd till allt. Mycket trevligt bemötande och vi fick många värdefulla tips av Luca. Smidigt att checka in. Vi är jättenöjda och kommer med glädje tillbaka.

Great property with very stylish decoration and comfortable beds. Ideal location for seeing Cagliari, shopping and eating out. Loads of useful information provided by the host, who couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended! Many thanks for a great stay

We stayed for one night on the way to a seaside vacation. The apartment is located in the centre of Cagliari and allowed us to discover the beautiful city during our short stay. The beds were very comfortable and we felt relaxed the next morning. The check-in and check-out procedure was simple and efficient.

This was a very special place. The hosts were helpful with great advice on where to go etc and the room was exceptional.

the apartment was comfortable and the location was very central. Luca was very friendly and informative. some people complained about it being up a steep hill....we did not feel that way- the city is hilly and there are other streets that are much steeper. there is some street noise at night, not much really, but the windows are good and block out it out. we enjoyed the balconies and people watched from above while we enjoyed a drink and snack.

Luca is a fine host and understands the hospitality business. he has taken care of all the comforts needed for a nice stay.

This was a really lovely find. the room was very large with a sofa to relax during the day. it was in the main part of the old town but quiet and Luca went out of his way to give us (great) recommendations of places to see and restaurants etc.
