When I got there no one couldn’t tell me about my reservation or the manager act like she didn’t have a clue what was going on. The staff had told her but she didn’t seem to care.

"First stay at a Home 2 Suites that I was disappointed in."

Location

We had problems with the Tv the 2 days we were there. Shampoo and conditioner was about empty in the shower and the water would barely get warm the first day we were there.

"Good location but it’s a no for me"

The staff was very friendly loved Shelly

The room was not clean.The linens were visibly dirty, the bathroom was unclean, and there was hair throughout the room. The room was not properly cleaned or prepared for a guest.
