The location is near to the outlet mall and OWA.

The walls are thin. You can hear people in the hall, next door and above you. On my stay, the people above me in 316 were extremely noisy. Kids were noisy. They kept dropping heavy objects on the floor and ran around the whole time. Complained to front desk upon checkout. The agent said the manager would call me. The manager never called. Lastly, agent on duty the night before wasn't very knowledgeable. She never quite had the answer to anything I asked her. I feel that hotel agents should be able to answer certain questions about transactions, the hotel and maybe the surrounding area...

Great property, right across from Tanger

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. One of the highlights was the pool — it was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, making it easy to enjoy during our stay. The hotel's location is also a big plus, with easy access from the main road and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The lobby and breakfast area were nicely designed and comfortable. I also want to commend the staff; everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist with any questions or needs. My only real disappointment was the breakfast. While the area itself was nice, the options were quite limited, especially compared to those at similar hotels. Overall, it's a solid place to stay with great staff and a convenient location.

The only complaint I would have it the AC unit is very loud in both of the rooms.

Clean peaceful

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful.

We were there for 4 days, they never brought new towels or picked up trash, and we had to put it in the hallway. If you need anything, I have to go to the front desk to get it tolit paper was not refilled.
