This place was ideal for our stay. Highly walkable to the beach, town, and dining options. The pool was a huge bonus and the kids loved it. The morning wake-up from the howler monkeys was next level cool.

The location was perfect. The layout of the bungalows was modern and beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. We felt like we were in the middle of the rainforest.

Nothing to complain about.

Very specious, great for families, nice kitchen, on the main road and close to nice restaurants and the beach. Great value for the money. Gated and secured which is a good thing. Air conditioning worked well.

You can hear the water running from the upper floor whenever someone took a shower or used the restroom. But it wasn’t too bad. The mattress was soft.

All cushion fabrics (seating and decorative) from the outdoor furnishings at the pool need renovation urgently. They are super dirty with no apparent regular maintenance.

Amazing place

Liked the look of the modern villa with bedrooms, living area and kitchen. The pool was big and had a nice lounge area surrounding it. It is in an area of Santa Teresa with a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The beach is across the road and a short walk away. Clara, our contact, was quick to respond to any questions we had.

A few things people should be aware of before booking: - It's very loud. There is one road that goes through the property and we found that all day and even late into the evening, there was constant noise from the ATVs going up and down. Also, there is construction going on at the back of the property so big trucks were coming and going all day, making it noisy at the villa and at the pool. The street noise at the pool was also loud. - The villas have AC in the bedrooms but not in the main room so that area can get very warm during the day. They brought us an extra fan, which helped a little. - Beach towels are only changed every two days when the cleaners come. They should either provide extras or change them out every day as they quickly become wet and sandy from the beach. -There were also locals from the neighbourhood that sometimes came and used the pool. They were friendly but a couple of days there were 8-10 along with their kids and dogs, which made the pool area extremely busy. We know they were locals because we chatted with them and they gave us some suggestions of places to go, eat, etc.

Very good location. Close to everything if you have a form of transportation. Walking distance to the beach. Nice secure neighborhood.The property shows some wear and details need replacement or maintenance. The pool area has a nice seating area, it could use more light at night.We enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent. The apartment is spacious and well-designed. The kitchen was very good and inviting. The view is beautiful, surrounded by the jungle. The bed, living room, and balcony were all comfortable and welcoming.

The location is on a hill, which means you have to climb a fairly steep path to reach it. There are uneven stones at the entrance that make rolling suitcases quite difficult.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Brilliant Clara helped us with bookings for vehicles and restaurants.

Quite a shouty and sweary upstairs neighbour and sometimes the lights/tv didn’t work.
