it is clean & spacious with everything I need. Clara . the concierge lady is super helpful on booking my shuttle before we arrive and still helping me now on my left behind item.

it is only the first night we arrived. electricity was cut due to rain. but it is not the property can control

The Bungalow is really nice and works great for a family and has a nice patio to enjoy the view and sounds of the jungle. Beautiful pool area in the jungle and great parking facilities.

It was very difficult to get the initial arrival information with information on check.in, keys etc. and we only received information a few hours before arrival even though we had chased the information and relevant contact details for a few days. Once we received the Whatsapp contact response times were good and information useful. Also, the cleaning of the bungalow was too infrequent and a bit of a problem when you have to use the trash bin for used toilet paper - we were told cleaning would be done every other day but we only received cleaning once during a 5 nights stay after we asked for it.

The day we made the check in immediately we realized the air conditioner ( any of them ) were working .. One of the employees told us it was gonna be fixed during the day, but later he said it was not possible SO they brough us 2 fans ( 1 for my friends and 1 for me ) IS THE BEACH / in order to be at the beach is great but sleeping with out A/C was horrible we couldn’t sleep at all cause the the HIT was incredible / the manager said she was gonna talk to the owners in order to Recognizing some kind of the amount we payed for the situation / and here we are still waiting cause she never calls back ..!!!

Everything was perfect. The location, the views, and the apartment were even more beautiful than I anticipated. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Would love to come backs, Thanks!

we love the style of the bungalows. makes us feel like we are in a tree house.

bungalow 4 is surrounded by roads that numerous construction workers travel on starting at 6 am. the upper windows do not have glass and it is way too loud for a vacation property. if we return we will never stay in 4 again.
