The rooms are nice, but it's difficult to get to the hotel even by motorcycle, so if you have more than one piece of luggage, you will have trouble

Loved the ambience and that it was on a hill, short cut into town, was hands down my best accom out of my trip out of north Bali Lombok and Gilles, helpful staff, more than accommodating, for bringing me water a gallon of water, & organising my transport to and from accom. room had all and more, for me it was perfect. Oh and room was cleaned everyday not had that in all my trip. I would book here again was so lovely.

Nothing, however if you have a prob with a short hike up a hill or access on a bumpy road on scooter….for me all part of the adventure. To get a place that is paradise.

Localisation : Il faut grimper une pente assez raide pendant 5 minutes pour rejoindre cet hotel depuis la rue principal avec tout les restaurants

The room itself is lovely, it has a balcony overlooking the surrounding bush, very comfortable bed and pillows, air con works great and in the day it’s very peaceful. Some small touches were appreciated- water was provided at the door each morning and the room is cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful via WhatsApp with great communication and assistance with organising things.

There is no wifi available at the property so without a phone sim makes things tricky. The property is located up a steep, long rocky hill, the owner showed us a shortcut which we used each day and was only a few minutes walk or scooter (up hill) to the house. There are lots of roosters and dogs around making noise throughout the night and morning.

The room was stunning, beds were amazingly comfortable, and the additional amenities and water were appreciated. Good bathroom (though no hot water for showers). Being set back from the main touristy areas provided the stay with a serene and calm feel, as you looked out onto a beautiful garden.

While I loved the accommodation, I would not stay here again due to the location. The accommodation is up very steep and damaged roads, so that you have little choice but to walk or pay exorbitant taxi fees. You'd be better off somewhere closer to the main street I think. Also there was no wi-fi available and no hot water for showers - it would have been preferable to know this in advance.

Couldn't check in as no one could be found at the property. I couldn't get internet signal here, and couldn't find a WiFi code anywhere to be able to contact the property. After booking alternative accomodations and connecting to their WiFi, we were then able to receive a Whatsapp message from the hotel with checking arrangements, however at this point was too late having booked another hotel already. Hotel would not offer even a portion of the booking as a refund.
