距離旭橋站步行15分鐘，真的有點遠，不過到沙灘，三重碼頭玩潛水，滑翔傘，坐玻璃船睇珊瑚，都是步行10分鐘，無開車都好方便!

單位預算8至10人，但浴室只有一間，廁所一間，多人使用時便要輪候，比較不便，另地板有少少鬆，行過會有些聲，好處是在單軌車附近，尚算方便。
