Rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione, colazione povera.

Letto durissimo, personale poco disponibile. Siamo usciti una sera per cena e quando siamo tornati alle 22 con nostra sorpresa l ostello aveva chiuso la porta, abbiamo dovuto chiamare ripetutamente al telefono per farci aprire.

Dreckiges Bett, kaputte Handtücher, nur kaltes Wasser in Zimmer, die Matraze war sehr hart und hatte einen Loch in der Mitte, die Tür hatte einen gebrochenen Schlüssel in den Schloss drin. Die Fernbedieung keine Batterien, den Schrank halb kaputt 😵 Also, nie wieder

My friend and I booked this hostel nearly two months in advance. We arrived at 9pm on the day of our booking – well before the stated latest check-in time of 10:30pm – but found the place completely shut. We rang the bell several times but no one answered. There were no signs or instructions left for late arrivals either. With no one there to help and no way to get in, we were left stranded and had to walk around in the dark trying to find another place to stay. It felt very unsafe and stressful. The next morning, we received a short and blunt message basically saying, “Sorry, our mistake,” with no offer of help or solution. We would definitely not recommend this hostel if you’re looking for a secure and dependable place to stay.

A reserva estava confirmada e 1h hora antes do horário informado de chegada, recebo uma mensagem a dizer que afinal nao tem disponibilidade nem agua quente. A solução dada foi hospedar num hostal em frente.

Hostal in posizione ottima e vicino alla piazza centrale. Possibilità di deposito bagagli e prenotazione trasporto. Stanza accogliente e con acqua calda. Colazione internazionale. Letto caldo.

La stanza era fredda.

For the price it was a great hostel at perfect location. Breakfast and shower were great

Unfortunate the bed was very hard which made the nights a bit rough with the altitude issues.

Удобное расположение отеля, в 3 минутах от главной площади. Номера достаточно большие, одеял в холодное время выдают достаточно, с горячей водой проблем не было. Стандартный завтрак - булки, масло, джем, сок, ячница, чай-кофе-кока. Отзывчивый персонал, говорят по-английски.
