Splendida la posizione, in pieno centro, ma silenziosa. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito e attrezzato di tutto, anche se noi preferiamo goderci le specialità dei numerosi ristoranti circostanti. A due passi dall'Arena per chi ama l'opera. Il proprietario è stato molto preciso nelle indicazioni e ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili sui servizi nelle vicinanze.

Ultima parte del vicolo, vicino al portoncino di ingresso, poco illuminata. Unico neo facilmente risolvibile con la luce del cellulare.

Die Lage ist genial, direkt um die Ecke von der Arena. Von Bahnhof Verona porta nuova sind es 5 Bushaltestellen, sehr bequem zu erreichen. Kommunikation verlief richtig gut. Francesco hat im voraus schon alle Infos gegeben, viel mehr als man erwarten kann: gute Tipps für Einkaufen, Essen usw. Auch auf extra Fragen hätte er immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet und weitergeholfen. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht. Auch Shampoo, gel, Seife waren da. Küche hat auch alles notiges für Frühstück, auch etwas Kaffe/Tee/Zucker - was ich sehr praktisch fand. Alle Räume äußerst sauber, richtig gut heißes Wasser in der Dusche, Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei, Kühlschrank kühlt auch sehr gut. Um die Ecke ist ein Lebensmittelladen - gibt's alles notiges. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar. War ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Teils negative Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen und auf keinen Fall bestätigen. Die Beschwerden über zu kalten Wasser oder unsaubere Zimmer stimmen gar nicht. Während unseren Aufenthaltes war alles einwandfrei.

The location is superb......next to an Irish bar and a few metres away from another great bar, with the Verona Arena just 150m or so away.

Air con could be a little colder.

The location of the flat is very convenient to visit Verona's town center. But there are other options in that area with better hygiene conditions.

The flat was dirty overall. I doubt if the owner even had the place hoovered before we came. The toilet was dirty. Instead of one big bed, they put two beds together and one side of the bed was completely broken. The plate I picked in the kitchen had stains of food on it. The bathroom drain was blocked. This place needs a very good cleaning and fixing of many supplies. The owner was helpful with his directions but hygiene is a must, and our stay was very disappointing in that sense.

Good location, helpfull staf, warm appartment in winter, in appartment we found everything we needed, even water was vaiting for us.

The location is amazing, the apartment itself was great and comfortable!

The apartment is located very close from an irish pub… it was not a deal breaker, cause you could close all the windows on that side, but it can get a bit loud in the night.

The apartment is in a very good location, everything worth seeing is nearby.
