Very friendly staff, that were always accommodating and happy to help with anything from guide bookings to last minute return boarding pass printing. Very comfortable beds and clean environment.

Hele leuke riad aan de rand van de medina. Dus niet ver lopen van de parking en weg van de drukte van het centrum. Heel mooi gebouw, heel authentiek.

Nothing and I and my friend were charged so much more than normal price for a taxi.

Location is so bad and really unsafe. Avoid the venue

Aicha the host made me feel so welcome. She was so helpful and attentive and wanting to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The Riad itself was calm and quiet. I enjoyed sitting in the rooftop terrace and watching the birds.

We highly recommend this Riad! Aicha was an outstanding, warm and welcoming hostess who went above and beyond in looking after us. Nothing was too much trouble for Aicha. We stayed here with friends for 5 nights, the Riyad itself is beautiful with lots of rustic charm and character. An oasis of tranquility away from the craziness of the Medina. Plenty of hot water, comfortable beds and clean rooms which are very quiet and dark at night to sleep. Outside space on the roof terrace including sunloungers and a Hammam there too. My wife was unwell for a couple of days from a restaurant meal and Aicha took amazing care of her allowing me to go on a day trip we had booked. Please do enjoy Aicha's home cooked food, we had a delicious supper of chicken, lamb and vegetable tagine. The location is conveniently near a gate for taxi access and whilst a little further out than some Riads, we loved the more local, authentic vibe away from touristy areas. This Riyad is definitely value for money and you will not be disappointed.

The staff present on the riad was friendly and tried to accommodate our request but was difficult to communicate as no english speaking staff present in the riad. The room was spacious and the place feels peaceful.

The room was dusty and has large gaps in the doors. Aircon was faulty and the shower handle gets too hot which can burn your hands. Stayed for 5 days but no housekeeping to clean the room. The breakfast is the same everyday.

I have to admit the hospitality I received from Aisha was probably the best I have ever had on a trip away. She put so much care into ensuring I was looked after and went out of her to ensure my needs were met, and that there was no issues in my travels in Marrakech. For example on the day I arrived, I had to work on my laptop (which by the way there a multiple spaces to do so) and Aisha ordered me lunch, made me homemade coffee and was willing to lend me cash if I needed it. She was like a mother to me and of course, the property itself was clean, comfortable and aesthetic. I liked how it only hosts about 5 or 6 rooms max so it has a very homely vibe to relax from after the busy streets in the Medina. Also if you If you want a carefree stay, book with Riad Safia you won't regret it.

We arrived around 7 in the evening at the accommodation and we were welcomed really well with a lovely Moroccan dinner (Beef Tajine), mint tea and Moroccan coffee. It was also my mom's birthday and we enjoyed our Moroccan dinner😍 Aicha and her assistant's (forgot his name) hospitality and kindness made my mom's birthday extra special. The cake surprise was the highlight of the night. I am delighted that my request for my mom's birthday went well as planned. Aicha took care of us well and assisted us all throughout our stay. I felt safe and very comfy at the Riad. Great communication all throughout our stay and lovely company! She even booked us a taxi going back to the airport and printed our boarding pass to make sure everything were prepared for the trip. ❤️🥰
