Quando você toma banho de quebra se lava o banheiro. Além de que a mangueira do chuveiro está vazando pra todo lado.

We had a reservation made days ahead of our stay. Upon arrival late at night (12:30 AM), after being on the road for hours, the room they gave us wasn’t ready. There was no made up bed, literally the bed was against the wall vertically. everything was a mess. We then got another room offered and the same issue occurred with this one! No made up bed, it was a MESS. We went back to the lobby and the clerk just told us that there were no other rooms available and that we need to find another hotel! He gave us a refund and told us this place is “an absolute * show” and bid us goodbye. We were stranded in the middle of the night because this hotel doesn’t have their things in order! Absolute joke of a hotel. Please spare yourself and look for another hotel.

Muy buena ubicación, habitación muy limpia y personal muy simpáticos.

No funciona bien el aire acondicionado de hecho no se enfría nada creo que por eso nos pusieron el ventilador desde la llegada. La ducha tiene la mampara que no cubre bien parte del abajo se sale agua cuando duchamos por el suelo. Las toallas para la ducha tienen tamaño muy pequeñas. No disponen de minibar

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very easy to get around. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning.

The only minor issue was the outside noise when opening the window. However, the air conditioning works perfectly, so keeping the windows closed solved the problem easily.

When we arrived the hotel looked fabulous so we were excited until we went to check in. After spending 225 euro for one night we were directed to a building nearby completely run down

We weren’t staying there The building across the room No lift , tiny stairs up to the floors and my partner could not lift the luggage up after back surgery My daughter was terrified to stay in this property There was a music venue downstairs that played music all day
