I like that there were many sparrows nesting in the trees at the front of the hotel, however, the staff did not clean after them. There was bird poop in the area I walked in. The lights for the buttons to push to call for an elevator don't light up. This would helpful so a person knows if the elevator is going up or coming down.

Located on the edge of town, but not far from restaurants and Chimney Rock. The beds were comfortable and they provide a “hard” and “soft” pillow option for your needs.

Breakfast was only “ok” with pre-frozen meats and eggs. It got the job done for us, but could be improved with fresh fruits and foods.

2nd and 3rd floor sound barrier could be better. Lots of tromping around noise above us! Breakfast is great. Only thing in the bathroom is the interior door handle in the bathroom , the faceplate was loose. Needs to be repaired

The sofa bed mattress was horrible ! Needs a new mattress! Did not have queen beds available so took king with sofa bed. Had to put all the comforters on mattress so wouldn't feel the metal in back. King bed wasn't comfortable either.
