"Poor Management and Unfriendly Staff"

Near city center and built-in

The reception is far away from the apartment. It takes about 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car, but there is no parking available at the reception. Because there was nowhere to park, I ended up driving around for a long time trying to find a place. A deposit of 500 PLN is required. This is not clearly stated in a visible place at the time of booking; you only find it later if you dig deep into the policy. The staff were extremely unfriendly. When I complained about why the reception is located far away from the apartment and why a deposit is required, the staff member bluntly said that they would not give me the room or the key. When I argued that I had already paid for the room and asked how they could refuse to give me the key, they replied that they were allowed to do so. Lastly, there is no microwave. The hair dryer is very small and partially broken, and the wall-mounted shower caddy for placing toiletries in the shower is also broken.
