Great location. Super close to the beach and Broadwalk. Staff was friendly and informative. It's a very old property and it shows. But it was clean and everything we used worked. We were only there 2 nights so we didn't fire up the stove. I liked that we had a small but real fridge w/freezer. Not just a small college fridge like a basic hotel room has. I really appreciated the blackout curtains. There was still a very faint glow in the room that was useful for seeing your way to the bathroom. But it was so faint it didn't interfere with sleep at all. My sister stayed at a similar property up the road and was not so lucky in that regard. The room also had 2 beach towels and chairs. Those came in handy. And they were normal size chairs, not the short-legged chairs that are basically ground level. At 55 years old, I appreciated that. Again, my sister was not so lucky with the chairs her place provided. However, there are plenty of options on the beach to rent nice lounges and umbrellas.

I can't say I have any major complaints. Other than the matress was way too soft. But that is a personal preference. The bathroom still had pink and green tile so I assume it was the original. If your looking for modern and sleek look elsewhere. But it was clean we enjoyed our stay.

The location is very good just a few steps to the beach. Nice patio area to sit and hang out. The water pressure in the shower was very strong.

The bed was a full size not a queen and the mattress was very saggy and worn out, not a comfortable nights sleep at all. Glad I only booked it for one night.
