I liked the heated pool of course ! and Hottub ! and how close it was to 98th where i like to get my food haha .

When i first called to ask about my reservation The older man that works in the morning n day totally cussed me out because he couldn’t find the reservation i had already paid for like if that was my fault . I called said i have a reservation “ he asked the name n everything else , told him name last name when it was when check out was n even offered the confirmation number to look up and once i did that he said and i quote “ I dont need to F**** talk to you little girl , i dont see you F*** reservation here so therefor you dont F*** have one , Get the F*** off the phone little girl” i was in so much shock when that happened called HR and the Bureau of Hotels but they just hang up in my face when i was telin them confirmation # and what happened during the call so they didnt seem to care at all at all , he shoukd not be working in a service that has to do with social services and talking to customers that was very unprofessional and when i called a second time , he said oh well “sorry” your room is *** , in the most rude way he could say it . When i got to my room it was disgusting bathroom gross sheets n blankets gross trash everywhere like if someone just left that room , they give me a second room same freaking thing it was so disgusting n they didnt do nothing about it so the person that was with me literally got cleaning supplies from the workers to clean herself n you woukd think they would say no we got this nope just gave the cleaning away to a guest how unprofessional n unpleasant so disgusting and disrespectful asf !!! They were always rude and disrespectful except for the Women working in the front they were sweet and helped when needed!!

Absolutely nothing canceled my stay because of declined charge but I was told I could pay at the property so they gave up the room with no notice ( no call, email, or text )

The location off the highway I-40. The lobby looks nice, building looks ok. Counters were clean.

Well you enter a really sketchy elevator and open the door to a room that is ok, but you start looking around and stained cover on the bed, stained carpet, a stained up old couch blocks the a joint door, broken loose tiles in the bathroom, grungy stained up shower, then I pulled up the bed cover yanked that baby off 1st thing vwalla a long black hair. The wall's are filthy, the toilet handle sticks. Needless to say I WON'T stay here again!

I reserved well in advance of my stay and requested a first floor room. When I arrived for my stay, they said they didn't have any first floor rooms and put me on the 3rd floor. Very disappointing
