Desk help was brand new and appeared to be thrown into the role without any training. It was her "2nd day". Despite this and her not knowing the property at all, it is a nice place with a nice lake side deck but no one around to help light the fire pits there.

Beautiful views, room was ok. Could have been cleaner, rug needed cleaning and coffee pot was dirty. Pool was nice! It is close to everything.

Excellent stay. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Stay at park lane multiple times a year. Had trouble with tv Juanita came in and had it had it fixed. She was the best very friendly and helpful cannot say enough good about her. - Tina and Tim Hurrey
