El acceso algo difícil.

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door Luca en Monica. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, zelfs een vaatwasser en wasmachine. Er is voor de volgende dag gezorgd voor ontbijt (broodjes, jam en nutella) en er staat melk en water in de koelkast. Het appartement is erg schoon, en heeft een mooie badkamer. Prachtig uitzicht. Je bent met 25 minuten in La Spezia en van daaruit kan je met de boot of trein door naar Cinque Terre. Prijs kwaliteit is absoluut in orde.

-Het is erg gehorig. Met viltjes onder de stoelen voorkom je al een hoop. -De blaffende honden van de buren. Daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen natuurlijk. Maar als ze niet worden gewaarschuwd blaffen ze de hele nacht. Luca heeft ons erg geholpen. Dus als je last hebt stuur even een appje. Of neem oordoppen mee. -Er wordt erg veel gebouwd/verbouwd in het dorpje. Het ziet er wat rommelig uit. Wij hebben deze locatie als uitvalsbasis gekozen voor CT, en gezien de prijs mogen we absoluut niet klagen.

La Mònica i el Lucca són molt atents per tot el que necessites. La casa està equipada amb tots els estris de cuina, consumibles de lavabo i rentadora. Hem estat molt bé i molt tranquils.

The house was very well kept and clean, with all the necessary equipment required for a short stay. Furthermore, Luca was a great host! Friendly, helpful and readily available whenever we needed him. He provided us with some coffee and breakfast items, and also gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. 😊

For a more comfortable stay, it would have been nice to have a bigger couch, as our only option to chat and lounge around after dinner was to sit at the table. The other detail I would like to highlight is that we were caught under heavy rain, returning to the house drenched and freezing. Although we contacted Luca to ask how to turn on the heating, it was already turned on for us upon our arrival. We never did get to learn how to do it ourselves if we needed to adjust the heating on a different night, as it was still a bit chilly. Finally, there is no microwave, you need to use the stove top for everything.

Lovely apartment in quiet village, close enough to La Spezia to use as base for trips to Cinque Terre. Good equipped kitchen, nice bathroom.

Like a lot of Italian places, lamps and kitchen cupboards are placed low. Mind your head ;-)
