Did not like anything about this hotel

Staff was nice at first but then kept putting my info on wrong. Tried to say my card was declined but he had put the wrong info in. Requested rooms by each other and each room was on a different floor. Rooms smelled like urine. Found a bug in one of the rooms on the bed. They are were fully booked so we cancelled that room and squeezed into two rooms. Light didn’t work in new room and couldn’t get tv to work in the other. There was a group of kids staying on our floor that were slamming things around and hitting the wall. Did not sleep hardly at all due to noise. Then the group starting banging on doors at 3:30am including ours. Did not eat the breakfast due to cleanliness of rooms and not trusting it. This hotel goes for less than $100 normally but we were charged $251 per room.

The staff was friendly the lobby and common areas were nice and clean

Every picture frame in our room was covered in dust, the shower has leaks around the shower head connection, the bracket that holds the shower head with the hose the bracket is cracked and the shower head fell from that bracket and hit me in the head. When I reported it to Tim at the from desk he said that it has already been reported by a previous guest The swimming pool water is very murky because they only clean the pool on Sundays ( per Tim )

The staff was very friendly and professional. My kids had a great time in the pool. There were more breakfast options than I expected.

Couldn't get air flowing in the room; too warm and smelled musty. The coffee maker didn't work. Furniture felt sticky to sit on. There was red splatter on the wall (...paint? I hope?) and bad patching of paint.
