The breakfast wasn't great. Needs better eggs/ omelets and some sausage. The pool was the only place that was not that clean, but it worked, a lot of chlorine.

"I feel like we should be refunded some money due to no mention of the pool facility being closed if we knew it was close"

The floors made your feet black you only get two towels per room even though we booked a double queen for 4 people and they wouldn’t give us more towels. We got this hotel because it had a pool. Had my kids all excited thinking we had a pool and the pool was closed the entire time?
