Stayed 3 nights to visit friends. Very reasonably priced with standard continental breakfast included. Standard larger room with the full kitchen and all. Nice pool and gym amenities. A good choice in the area! The team was the best part! Annette, David, and the really nice blonde lady who shuttled me to the airport whose name I sadly can’t remember, were all darling! You’d need a car to fully explore Long Island, generally, but there’s a couple restaurants within walking distance. One idea for improvement: sheets were a bit Threadbare, pilled with runs? Maybe due for an upgrade? And I did notice a decent bit of noise. TV in connecting room, footsteps and banging around at random times, voices from parking lot, perhaps walls are just thin. Pack your white noise machine 😁

Our stay was not a good experience, the sheets and bedding had a very bad smell and appearance, the hygiene in the room was very poor, terrible service, they don't provide water, what you pay is not worth the extra price for such poor quality of service and dirty.

Booked on Hilton app and the price was $700 but when we checked in we were told there was an incidental charge of $200 more so they put a hold on the card for $900. No where on the Hilton app does it say this will happen. I was informed by the desk they are the only location that does it that way. So we won’t stay at this location again. Pool was freezing. The room I selected online at check-in wasn’t ready at the appropriate check in time. Bathroom door did not close properly.

Great stay with our Maltipoo. It’s so nice being able to travel with our dog who otherwise suffers from separation anxiety when she is apart from us. This is my second stay at a Home 2 and it will be our hotel of choice from now on. Great coffee always available, great beds and friendly helpful staff.

The opportunity to have the dog and it didn't smell like animal when we arrived in the room or the hotel...... Love the service and the breakfast was amazing.

That the walls were very thin but other than that it was great.

i did not appreciate ar 11pm on a saturday when the whole hotel was baseball teams we got two noise complaints. our room was not beinf loud. My daughtee was coloring and my son was on his ipad.

My husband and I travel to New York several times a year to visit our children and grandchildren. As loyal Hilton Honors members, we exclusively stay at Hilton properties because of the brand’s reputation for consistency, professionalism, and genuine care for its guests. This was our first time staying at this particular location, as we usually visit the Stony Brook or Ronkonkoma properties. I had a few questions before our stay, and my first point of contact happened to be the General Manager, Olivia. From that very first interaction, the level of hospitality she displayed—and inspired in her team—was truly exceptional. Olivia is the definition of hospitality. She personally came out of her office to greet me, warmly welcomed guests checking in, and even high-fived my three-year-old grandson when my daughter surprised us in the lobby. It was heartwarming to witness. She clearly leads by example. There’s a quote that says, “Leadership is not a position or a title; it is action and example.” Olivia truly embodies that sentiment, and it shows in the way her entire team interacts with guests. Beyond the hospitality, everything about the hotel was impeccable—the furnishings and beds were extremely comfortable, the entire property (inside and out) was spotless, and the breakfast spread was far beyond what we expected. It’s rare to find this level of quality included in your stay. As a note there is a Walmart, restaurant, Starbucks, bagel store and other store fronts within the complex that this Home 2 Suites is located. We’ve decided this will now be our new home away from home whenever we travel to New York. If you’re visiting the area and looking for a hotel that exceeds expectations, this is the place. You won’t be disappointed—and if you do stay, tell them the Kearneys said hi!
