The professional aspect of the property makes it a good choose and the rooftop bar is a catch.

The view out of the room wasn’t really good but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. So no complaints.

There is nothing to like at the hotel other than its proximity to the airport.

The staff was rude especially the manager who was most unhelpful and didn't care one bit about his guests. We reached the hotel around 7 pm in the evening and had 3 rooms booked quite in advance (several months ahead of the actual travel). When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the only rooms left were in the basement as the hotel was running full!!! Upon asking how come we were being shunted into the basement like some cattle, we were told we booked "standard rooms". Each room was approximately Rs. 10,000 or so that too in this not even 3 star hotel and I was absolutely shocked as to how they would not even disclose this on Booking.com when I was booking. I asked for the manager so that I could explain to him that I am claustrophobic and cannot be in the basement. The manager was the rudest individual I have encountered in a long long time as he told me he cannot help me with anything and that it was my fault to have booked "standard rooms". He didn't even respond to Booking.com's emails or phone calls. Left with no choice, we decided to be in the basement rooms which were all stinking and were really run down. There was dampness and it was like being in a really dark and cold place that night. Horrific experience! I would suggest to stay away from the property at any cost!!

Overall hospitality, staff promptness, Room ambience and cleanliness ,food every thing was excellent
