Pool was fun, and the room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helped with ordering taxis. Plenty of clean towels on request.

Beautiful views and very friendly staff.

The pool didn't have the open roof or deck chairs as shown in the photos, and the windows looking out from the pool were quite dirty, making it harder to appreciate the view.

We loved this hotel! It's in a great location, right on the wharf so it's very convenient. It's even right near the Sea Train station, so we took that to Chinatown. Nice, clean, updated facilities. Comfy beds. The pool was a nice size and I loved that it was on the rooftop so you could bask in the sun (although the cover was down, but there was still a lot of sunlight and breeze that came in). There was a cool little snack shop in the pool area and they had lots of amenities. The staff were really friendly and one of them spoke perfect English while the other two spoke well enough. They even gave us free fireworks to shoot off on the wharf! If we ever visit Incheon again, we will definitely stay at this hotel!

They had to close down their cafe due to covid, so there wasn't any breakfast which was a bummer. I would've liked if the pool was open in the morning, but it doesn't open until 4pm, and the hot tub was closed off, probably due to covid as well. Oh, and the shower/bath was a little slippery/wobbly (my 195cm, 113kg husband was afraid he might break it haha).
