Location is perfect, near to the bus stops, close to beach, supermarkets.

Very kind and helpful host! The apartment is really good situated, just a short walk to the beach and even shorter to supermarket, modern center and pedestrian street. The kitchen had everything you need, and more, in equipment. No disturbing traffic-noise from outside. The price.

An ugly smell from the bed, had to keep windows a bit opened at night. Instead I got a smell from a restaurant below, fortunately lasted only until it closed. The sofa could be exchanged. Very thin walls, heard neighbors arguing. Hot water was just enough for a short shower for one person at a time, so good enough for me. The TV had only Spanish channels.

We appreciated that Dolores, who takes care of the apartment, checked us in at 2am due to a long delay of our flights.

We booked the apartment for 10 days, but we had such a bad experience that we left after 2. In general, the flat suffers from a bad problem of humidity and mold. The bed support, for example, smelled so badly of mold that we could not sleep. Opening the window only made things worse as the smelly air circulated in the whole apartment. The flat manager, being informed of the issue, sent a cleaner, who only cleaned a few stains without removing the smell - which clearly could not have been removed only by a superficial cleaning. When we asked for a partial refund of 8 days, which the owner did not agree to give us, we have been accused quite rudely of being liars. There are places at a slightly higher price that offer a far better value in Las Palmas, we do not recommend this one.
