"概ね良好です…が"

このホテルには何度か泊まっているので、部屋の状態や状況は分かってます。 敢えて言うなら、部屋によって入口の電子ロックが壊れていたりネットTVが無かったりするので、それらを改善して貰えたらより良く過ごせるかなと思います。 また、ハンガーの本数が極端に少ない部屋もあるのでそこも調整して貰えたら有難いです。 あと、難しい事だと思いますが乾燥設備(浴室乾燥とか乾燥機とか)が乏しく、一晩では洗濯した服が乾かない事が多いので…何かしら対策して貰えると有難いなと思います。

チェックインの仕方が良くない。 据え置きのiPadでのチェックイン通信が繋がりづらく待ち列ができたがみんな同じ状況だった。知らない人同士でああしてこうしてと話して解決

The room is nice, wide and clean, the AC positioned very wisely. It was very convenient for a family of 4. The building is easily recognisable from outside (has a large letters on it on the top).
