"Delighted with apartment and proximity to station"

State of the art equipment. Clean, spacious and relatively quiet (only sound of trains). Really close to Hakata station.

Instructions for the washing machine and dryer could have been clearer. Graphics not explained.

The flat has everything that is needed, including a washing machine and little balcony. It is near supermarkets and offers more space than a classic small room for the same price. Overall, something that is good value for money.

The walk to the station can be a bit long with a very small pavement and there are not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The trains can be loud at night since they pass right in front of the bedroom window
