Residenza La Zagara

I booked one „apartment with terrace“, „Featuring a private entrance, this air-conditioned apartment comprises 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bidet“. Instead, I received a one room apartment. The hotel manager told me that this is what I booked and the mistake is with booking.com. They told me the apartment downstairs - which actually matcjed the description - is already booked for someone else. I have not received any refund or anything else for the downgrade.

Very nice accommodation with a great, well-kept garden with wonderful plants and trees. The house with the apartments has an ideal location, you are within a few steps directly at the lake. The hostess gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is very clean & nicely furnished. Everything was great, we would love to come back!

Good atmosphere, nice room and garden, Italian feeling just a quick getaway from Switzerland. Outstanding hospitality, they lady was so nice. Unfortunately we went through a personal disaster when visiting and she was very sweet and understanding.

Everything supplied down to vino in the fridge waiting for us.

Beautiful place, fantastic for a few relaxing days away

Well appointed, very clean, nice garden.

A little close to the main road with some street noise but not much.

The room was spacious, super clean, well equiped and with comfy (!) bed. The owner was super nice and helpful. If we were to come to the location again, we would stay here.

Beautiful grounds around the apartment. The apartment was also very close to the grocery store and many restaurants. Nicoletta was a very friendly and helpful.

Cannero Riviera is a beautiful place to visit and a lovely little town to stroll around in. La Zagara was an excellent place to stay! Our room number 7 was very clean and nicely decorated. Just enough kitchen space to make a meal and the air conditioning was wonderful during an unusually hot period during our stay. The owners are so friendly and very helpful! We would love to stay here again in the future.
