Accomodation was pleasant, location excellent.

Very few customers and refused dinner as hadn't pre-booked a reservation despite being hotel guests. Completely inflexible with breakfast, discussed the night before for need to leave at 08:30, breakfast had to be between 8:30 and 9:30, didn't even offer to make a sandwich to go let alone a continental option before 08:30. All in all rude, obnoxious, and dismissive behaviour to all customers was observed.

"Convenient and easy"

Pods were clean and basic The bed was comfortable The bathrooms are all in one private and functional there’s enough to go round

The pub couldn’t cope with extra bookings for food on Saturday tea time so we ended up driving 20 minutes to find food

The pods were great, really simple but have everything you need and facilities are kept clean. Positioned very close to the main building so can use those facilities too - including free breakfast which was great. The team working there are brilliant, so helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back!
