Gattopardo Apartments - LAGO Design by Wonderful Italy

The apartment was modern and comfortable with excellent AC. The part that I did not like is the management company. I had sent several messages to ask a question before our stay and never got a response. All communication is via WhatsApp only a few days before the stay, very in personal. The company is clearly only out to make money. We had a later check in and were charged a late arrival fee. We received only one set of keys, information on parking was lacking.. Even though it was a luxury apartment, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a male perfumed shampoo without a any shower gel provided.there were no spare towels to be found. Again clearly geared to making money but very poor customer service. Would not prefer in the future even though the property was very comfortable.

The apartment was modern and spacious with many small balconies and was fully stocked with everything we needed! A beautiful location.

The photos on the website are very misleading - I think they have many properties and mix the best features of each apartment. For example, we were expecting a huge patio to eat dinner at (because we saw it in the photos) but there was no patio. There was a bit of trouble checking in because a person had to meet us and let us in, but because they were so busy, they were late and didn’t show/explain everything properly. Be aware - there is no assigned parking so parking can be tricky because it’s a crowded area.

The apt is in an historic building just off the busy street of Via Roma but is very quiet. It would comfortably accommodate 6 persons as there is a loft in both bedrooms that each have a twin bed. The apartment is spacious, bright and newly renovated into a sleek and modern living space. Two families would easily be comfortable there.

Not to be picky, but the towels were thin and scratchy . And the management company is not on the premises .

The building and the area surrounding the building were magnificent. The apartment is clean + large.

It would have been great to have a few essentials like milk for the coffee and some tea. Also, it is recommended that towels Are dried and drying machine because they were stickers off board. I need

The apartment is huge! So nicely decorated and so exciting to stay in an actual palazzo. Modern, clean, great location. Highly recommend! Only issue was kids didn’t want to leave it to explore.
