Thomas Arms Hotel

The hotel and staff were most welcoming. The food was excellent.

The traffic noise in the bedroom was not comfortable for me

Wasn't expecting this the rooms were a very high standard. Lovely big king size comfy bed and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. Lovely decor in bar / lounge. Attentive staff. Short walk to town. I didn't get to eat here but should imagine it was the same high standard.

The room was quite hot and could have done with a fan and the road outside was a little noisy. The bed was so comfy I still slept well.

Nice clean modern rooms

It was like trying to sleep on the central reservation of a motorway. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with so much road noise ever.

Room was modern and very clean, comfortable bed, huge TV with Netflix etc...good breakfast, friendly staff.

The food in the restaurant for an evening meal was overpriced. I didn't expect to pay more for a steak than Cardiff or Bristol! It was a Monday evening so I was surprised there was no offers or even a meal deal when staying at the hotel. I ordered something else and was a bit disappointed.
