Lovely staff, delicious breakfast, central location, and a good Wi-Fi connection. Everything was just right for our short two-night stay. Despite our flight arriving at 3 am in Dalaman, the staff kindly picked us up free of charge, which we truly appreciated!

No complaints about the hotel. Only thing I would say is that we should have allowed ourselves more time so that we could have done river cruise and explored Turtle Beach etc.

The hotel was overall nice and staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good, and the location is great! The rooms were generally clean and comfortable. However the rooms are not in great condition. There were cracks in the wall, the bathroom was smelly, and the AC was old and loud.

Genel anlamda memnun kaldık kahvaltısı çok güzel otelin lokasyonu çok güzel fakat otelin kesinlikle hemen bir an önce yenilemeye gitmesi lazım kendini bizim kaldığımız oda 107 nolu oda inanılmaz derecede tuvalet kokusu ile kaplıydı kesinlikle geçmedi onun haricinde odada karıncalar vardı ve klimanın kendini bile soğutmaya mecali yoktu en az 25 yıllık bir klima her tarafı sararmış dökülmüş bunu işletmenin değiştiriyor olması gerek yoksa Müşteri memnuniyetini sağlayamazlar istedi ne var lan
