Нямахме връзка със собственика. Пишем съобщения в букинг и на имейл и нямахме никакъв отговор. Единствено по what’s App, който ние не използваме. Не може да се обадиш по телефон и да говориш директно със собственика. Банята не се почистваше, сифона беше запушен… единия от дните дори нямаше вода, прибрахме се от плаж и стояхме един час да чакаме вода…

We were a group of 9 people staying in this apartment, and unfortunately this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. The problems started immediately upon arrival. Although our check-in was arranged for 3:00 PM, the apartment was not ready when we arrived. We ultimately could not fully occupy the apartment until around 4:00 PM because the cleaner was still there. We spent approximately 40–45 minutes waiting in the stairwell while the cleaning was being finished. Communication with the cleaner was also difficult. It took quite some time to explain that we had rented the entire apartment. We understand that not everyone speaks English and that is not the issue itself, but guests should not be left standing in a stairwell for nearly an hour because the property is not ready for check-in. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning. After entering the apartment, we discovered mold in the shower. Mold is not a minor issue—it is a health hazard and should never be present in accommodation offered to paying guests. The situation became even more concerning when we turned on the air conditioning unit in the kitchen. One member of our group has a dust allergy and immediately started coughing. When we checked the unit, we found significant dust buildup and mold inside it. One person in our group felt unwell during the stay, making this far more than a simple cleanliness complaint. The apartment also lacked basic kitchen equipment despite being advertised as suitable for larger groups. This apartment has four bedrooms and accommodates multiple guests, yet there were only 2 drinking glasses, 2 mugs and 3 teaspoons available. For a group of 9 people, this is simply absurd. We actually had to buy our own cups and cutlery during our holiday because there were not enough provided in the apartment. Having to spend extra money on such basic necessities is honestly ridiculous.

It was pretty clean and had all facilities you'd need. Also despite I had no problems with noise from other guests which I had been worried about. It is quite close to the station and in walkable distance to many things.

I had written on WhatsApp some days before to ask about early check in, and then also written the day before and in the morning of the day but I didn't recieve an answer until a few hours before check-in time. No matter what the answer would've been, it would've been nice to recieve an answer much faster. The bathroom had silverfish and some kind of mold. Also the drain was quite clogged the the water in the shower would take forever to drain. Also when I first arrived the key to the bathroom was broken but at least after some other people complained, the key was changed.

Mieszkanie w w dobrej lokalizacji, niedaleko od dworca, blisko Lidl i kawiarnie. Pokój był przestronny i czysty. Dobry kontakt z obsługą, sprawne zameldowanie.

Słabo wyposażona kuchnia, mało kubków, brak noży do krojenia, brak czajnika.

Niestety, ale pokoje i lazienka nie są sprzątanie dokladnie.

Nous étions 7, pas assez de vaisselle entre autre 2 mugs pour 7 trop peu pour le petit déjeuner ainsi que les couverts. Salle de cuisine peu conviviale

W miarę blisko do dworca kolejowego, autobusowego i Lidla

Obiekt bardzo słabo wyposażony w sprzęt typu szklanki kubki, nie ma czajnika ani deski do krojenia, tępe noże. Wróciliśmy z pogryziemi, prawdopodobnie przez pluskwy. Grzyb na suficie w łazience.

Saubere Unterkunft

Online Einchecken war eine Katastrophe, weil das Programm nicht funktionierte, und außerdem keine Anleitung in Deutsch verfügbar war. Es hat ca 1 Stunde gedauert bis wir in die Wohnung konnten!
