"Très bon séjour sauf la première nuit"

La propreté, le lieu, la piscine

Nous étions dans un studio, notre voisin n'a pas apprécié notre ronflement et a cogné dans le mur en se plaignant très fort et le matin, il nous a lancé des méchancetés. Nous avons demandé à changer, la personne à la réception à bien voulu et avons passé le reste du séjour sans problèmes. Merci encore

"Séjour en famille"

Hormis la direction le personnel est au top .

Une mauvaise personne habite dans le domaine , elle cherche des problèmes avec tout le monde et de mauvaise intention. Durant notre séjour il a même blessé un membre du personnel et aucune réaction de la direction. Sur 2 semaines presque la police tout les jours. Dommage qu'il manque d'animation pour les enfants pourtant il a le potentiel dans le domaine. Piscine très froide car le budget pour la chauffer est trop élevé. Le domaine à besoin d'être rafraîchi. Il faut absolument une voiture pour pouvoir faire qqch

La piscine lagon est vraiment très agréable Le personnel est très sympa et à l'écoute Le logement était propre et bien équipé Il y a pas mal de jolis coins à visiter dans les parages

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'équipe de nuit ou des vigiles pour faire respecter le calme et le silence dans la résidence, à partir de 22h, comme demandé dans le règlement de celle-ci.

The swimming pool and environment and the friendly people, close to other villages and rivers , you can go for kayaking with family on that river, every had good time

"Séjour extrêmement inconfortable"

Proximité du lieu où je devais me rendre tous les jours.

Ameublement vieillot, décoration inexistante. Tout est "cheap" et de mauvaise qualité. Literie très inconfortable, linge de maison de mauvaise qualité, canapé lit informe et déformé. Les logements doivent être libérés à 10h mais les dames en charge de l'entretien viennent frapper à 9h pour vous faire partir plus vite.

Bel endroit calme et familiale

Les restrictions indiquées dans la zone piscine ne sont pas respectées. Et le personnel ne les fait pas appliquer. Résultats : un couple est venu autour de la pataugeoire avec alcool et enceinte connectée. Nous l'avons remonté a l'agent qui était venu ramasser des objets autour de la piscine. Sa seule réflexion a été : ah oui c'est fort quand même.
