Guests are requested to contact the property after booking for information regarding their stay, including reception opening hours, services available for an extra fee and activities available in the surrounding area. Guests requiring accommodations adapted for reduced mobility are asked to contact the property after booking. Please note that a pre-payment equal to the total amount of the reservation will be taken once the reservation is made. This will be automatically refunded in the event of a free cancelation. Payment is possible with a Visa or a Mastercard only. For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancelation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information. If guests don’t clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes, extra fees will be charged. Please note that only 1 pet per accommodations is allowed, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
