Our room had black mold all down the wall in the bathroom, no towels, no comforter on either bed, no trash receptacle. Was moved to another room and it didn't have towels or comforters either. Housekeeping to 3 hours to bring them to us. Overall not pleased at all with this choice.

Location

The staff is unorganized. They didn’t have my reservation to check in properly and on my 3rd night a staff member walked into my room as I was getting dressed. No knocking or anything and I have to prove I belonged in the room by providing my Booking.com confirmation number. Totally unprofessional
