So expensive ($155 per night due to the $35 extra charge for us to check in early). The room is decent but the noise level from the highway is unbearable!!!

Terrible hotel ! Infested with roaches and staff don’t care and rude ! Room Dirty and bed and sheets dirty , bugs on bed sheets and black marks on sheets . No Garbage can or any soap to wash hands .

You have to pay a deposit even after paying through Expedia. I called ahead to see if there was and Indian guy answered. He confirmed the area and the address and said that there is no deposit for this property. He also tried to work an offer with me as well but I turned it down. Upon arriving to hotel. I was charged a $50 deposit that was not mentioned at all even after reserving a room. The room is not exactly what the picture advertise on the Expedia app. But it’s similar to it. There are a couple roaches here but the kitchen and refrigerator was very clean. The staff was pretty descent and but the contract I initialed on said that check out was at 12 but the staff says 11 and a sign said but the contract didn’t and I asked the staff meme we at the time and she said no it’s 11. So I was a little confused in that.

I liked the fact that it was located across the street from a police station.

My room was disgusting. From bugs being rolled up in the towels to broken appliances, it was awful. It was obvious that no one had cleaned the room properly from the last stay. There was hair in the bed, the bed was not comfortable at all, the remote control was broken and had food/grease smeared on it; the overwhelming smell of mildew overtook me when I walked it. It became obvious rather quickly that the shower had not been cleaned or water run through the drains in a while. I had to rinse down the shower and watch bugs, hair and leaves go down the drain. It was a terrible experience.

I love it here…. Staff is great…. Service is great!!!!

I hated this place. Staff was unavailable and they charged me for a room I never even checked in for. Terrible place. Would NEVER recommend.

I had hoped to check in early but they refused and the staff at the time wasn’t very friendly or accommodating. So I returned at check in time and had to stand out in the cold (in the 20’s) for an hour just to get checked in. I ended up catching a cold. I will say the staff during my check in process though, was much better and way more friendly than when I 1st got there. There should be an easier way for people to get checked in. That’s my only real complaint.

I booked a Pay at Hotel reservation at this location. The day of my reservation the front desk receptionist Nicole. She cancelled my room and my reservation after running my card with no notice. I called to have the situation explained further on why I’m being charged without any notice and I’m not at the hotel. I’m working a reason I specifically chose Pay at Hotel. She advised me that unfortunately there’s nothing she can do and that she had to process my card whether I was there or not because she gets off at 6. I was shocked that was even a response back. I was still trying to understand the situation because it’s not making any sense to me however, she then tells me it’s nothing she can do and there’s no room available after giving my room away. Mind you this is the day of the reservation so now I’m out of a room with no where to stay.. her lack of empathy and concernment was noticeable. You’re the first contact for the establishment and if she’s representing this hotel. I would suggest giving her tips regarding phone etiquette. She handled this with the least amount of respect. THANKFULLY I was able to get a hotel at a different location. I hope this helps future hotel goers.
