Fin beliggenhed i den gamle bydel. Servicen er lidt upersonlig og standen under middel. Fungerer ellers fint.

The entire staff was very friendly

The room was very cold at first, only after an entire day with the A/C in heat mode it was comfortable. The breakfast could have a fruit salad. A hot water kettle in the room would be very nice.

The structure is truly magnificent, a wonderful garden welcomes customers together with a kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was good. The large room and the comfortable bed.

Few things I didn't like. The bathroom door did not close. I would have preferred the valley view room, but it wasn't given to us so I guess it was occupied. In addition, the rooms being a stone structure were cold, but by law it was not yet possible to turn on the radiators. The price maybe a bit high for being out of season but compensated by the beauty of the place.

Really exceeded our expectations! the hotel should really update their pictures because it was even nicer than shown on the pictures (which actually never ever happens).. ;) would recommend it to everybody looking for a nice accommodations near Bologna or Florence! (if you come by car)

lovely setting and views - fabulous food and staff

seemed very expensive food - had prepaid the stay with breakfast included and had a lunch when we arrived with 3 beers - in the evening we had a pizza and a couple of beers each - extra charge was 195 euros which was a lot for 2 main courses , 2 pizzas and 7 beers in total
