Palazzo Loup Hotel

The staff were absolutely wonderful could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Fabulous service the room was excellent everything we needed. The view is amazing even though the weather was not good. The setting is beautiful. The food was excellent.

This hotel and grounds are an absolute gem. We were made very welcome by helpful staff. The hotel is a grand historic building with extensive grounds beautifully maintained. Our room was large, very comfortable with a very well equipped, spotlessly clean bathroom and great shower. We enjoyed our view of the rolling countryside and hills beyond. Large pool and spa all set on a lovely terrace. The food in the restaurant is really excellent and great value. They source everything locally. Our first course platter of cured meats and cheese was the best we have ever had in over 30 years of coming to Italy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Bellisimo posto a due passi da Bologna

The hotel location and setting is lovely, right on top of the mountains. Hotel grounds are superb, with outstanding views. There are some lovely terraces and various areas to hang out. Breakfast and food in general was very good.

Value for money regarding the room is not there. It's way too expensive for what you get. The rooms are outdated, with old sockets and facilities. Lighting is terrible, TVs are super old and you feel like you are in the 70s with old bedding too! One of my friends had to change room twice because of stains in the bed, cigarette smell and other things. They need to invest some money in updating the rooms. Pool was also closed with lovely weather so we couldn't use it. A guest was asking why and they could not explain and also didn't respond politely to him.

Lovely place to stay!

An historic building set in beautiful grounds. A large room and bathroom. A choice between the restaurant or pizzeria on site for evening meals. The Loiano area is beautiful and I would definitely return to further explore small towns in Tuscany. The staff were very kind, particularly in the restaurant. Great parking.

No pudimos descansar nada pues hubo una fiesta en los locales justo debajo de la planta de habitaciones. Fiesta de la cual no se nos avisó a la hora de reservar. Teníamos que madrugar al día siguiente y solo pudimos dormir un par de horas. Es lamentable que un hotel de esa categoría y precio no cuide esos detalles.
