A localização é muito boa, bem na reta da roda gigante, o bairro é bom, tem tudo perto, melhor ponto de maceio!!! Facil localização, tem uber pra todo lado.. barato .

Dalta limpeza e manutenção, o ar em 16 graus congelou e começou a vazar agua dentro do quarto aumentei para 22 graus, e parou, o chuveiro joga agua no teto, menos na sua cabeça, nao foi forneckdo roupa de cama, e as cobertas, sem limpeza, atraz da cama tinha 1 cm de areia velha .. O imovel ja é antigo, porem, nao quer dizer que tenha que ser sujo, falta zelo no imovel, se fosse melhor administrado, as notas seriam melhores, local simples, sem bagunça, mas falta um dono....
