The fact that people had their tv up loud all night. Breakfast was very small and once they ran out of an option it wasn’t replaced. And there was a massive spider under my sink

Good location. Friendly staff.

Our room was very dirty. Trash left on top of the AC not sure the last time the floor was swept or mopped. Stuff all over our bathroom counters.

The price was 121.00 with tax. So I guess you get what you pay for

Everything was wrong, I've stayed in extended stay before nothing like this one..we got there after 11:00pm it was hard to find the office, it looked sketchy..we had called in so our room was saved ..the room furniture was old and scraped up. The beds were of course a double beds. The sheets look dingy there wasn't enough. Wasn't enough towels in the room. We had three people. Adults usually extended stays. Have you know something silverware, plates, glasses? Something in the room and usually is extended stay suite. It usually has a couch in the room. The TV was so little and might as well have been a little computer monitor. I was just completely unsatisfied and very shocked at the way this hotel looked and plus it was not clean. Everything just looked old and Rusty and just not clean the tub. Look like somebody else had already been in it. We went to see a loved one in Lexington Kentucky and in the prison there and we asked for a late checkout. The lady told us that if we arrived back before 3:00 it would only be $10 per hour past 11. So that was 11/12/12/30-20 something dollars plus tax. Anyway, we got back a little bit before 3:00 which we felt it was okay because she said she left at 3:00 so we went up to get our luggage had to go to the bathroom and by the time we got down I think it was maybe 3:00. I told her that we had come up. We were on the third floor all the way in the back so we she informed me that she was going to charge me for a full day. We went back and forth finally. She agreed with a very nasty attitude that she would charge me $40. No tax which I had no choice as to not argue with her about anything. Just give her the $40 and I explained to her this was our first time to the prison there and you know I was sorry but we didn't really know how it would go it and it. You know it went good but it was just a little bit of us trying to get out of there and get back to the hotel I explained.

Our first room stunk of cigarettes and had no bedding.. the next room was filthy and im pretty sure I got bit by a bed bug.

When we got to our room walked in to a room that stunk like burnt Ramon noodles the floor was so sticky never took shoes off the shower was also so nasty never took a shower. The sheets were nasty went straight back to office told them we were going to get dinner if they could get someone to work on it. Was told only had one housekeeper so would have to see if they could. Changed sheets before we came back but floor and smell was no better as for free breakfast there was a choice of a muffin or a granola bar ONLY 1 per guest. Worst place 8 have ever stayed in Lexington
