The hotel room was cool and perfectly tidy when we arrived. Front desk greeted us warmly and gave us a quick run down of all the facilities available during our stay.

Everything was orderly and tidy on arrival. I just wished that there were bigger trashcan so that we didnt have to leave such a mess for the staff on our way out. But otherwise a very pleasant stay and clean room.

Given room right next to highways cars racing could not sleep all night. Staff knew about the problem but still assigned room. Should be fired.

"Dirty room and uncomfortable sleep with kids due to water dripping"

Staff and location

Shower was dripping water and unable to sleep well. They didn’t sent any one and didn’t changed the room. The bath soap was not filled. We need by new soap. Toilet was not clean.
