La gérante est d'une extrême gentillesse et a fait preuve d'une grande souplesse quant à notre arrivée très tardive et à l'acceptation de l'annulation pour notre retour suite au décès de ma mère alors qu'elle n'en était pas obligé. Encore merci pour votre empathie qui se fait tellement rare de nos jours.
