Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff went beyond their duties to be sure we were well taken care of.

They did not put enough towels. I had to request an extra towel and had to go to the front desk to get it.

The only thing js that the sofa is amazingly uncomfortable

Pésima experiencia Desde la recepción mala actitud La habitación con un clima muy ruidoso La alberca sucia y descuidada así como todo el camino rumbo a ella Solicitamos toallas y nos dijeron que bajáramos por ellas, tuvimos que decir que nos las subieran por favor. Pedimos una salida posterior y nos comentaron que a las 2 pm sería pero desactivaron nuestras tarjetas y nos quedamos esperando en la entrada que une a la plaza con el hotel unos 20 min

Staff were friendly and the rooms are nice and cleaned daily. The only issue I had was with the food, I ordered a steak with mash potatoes and although the steak was okay but not as hot as I would of liked the flavour was very good, the mash potatoes had a warm crust on the top but once I broke through that the potato below was cold and I mean cold as in it just came out of the fridge cold. I paid for my meal but didn’t leave a tip which upset the waiter a lot even though I told him I didn’t eat the potatoes as they were very cold. I then give him a cash tip as it was not him that cooked the meal and he had been very nice up until this point so he got what he wanted and I got my point across. I never ate in the restaurant after that.

El cuarto muy limpio, staff amable, mejoraría el buffet desayuno tratar de mantener que no se acabe la comida y variedad. Staff muy amable.

En Expedia decía que tenía servicio de transporte gratis del aeropuerto al hotel y esa fue una de las razones por las que elegí ese hotel, hablo para reservar el transporte y me dicen que no tienen que no saben porque expedía lo tiene puesto… terrible el servicio
